Safety Smarts - No Retaliation – Holding Employees Accountable to Following Safety Procedures Without Violating OSHA’s new Anti-Retaliation Rule

This session will discuss how employers can set expectations for safety compliance, and hold their employees to these expectations, while taking steps to avoid the scrutiny of a Retaliation Claim. Participants will be able to engage in discussion centered around common safety violations and ways to address them. This will also include discussion on the importance of documentation and progressive discipline.
