Join us at White Birch Communities for the "You Have Been Named as Fiduciary for a Loved One, What's Next?"  talk on the duties of fiduciaries for powers of attorney and health care agents, delivered by Laura A. Evans and Beth C. Driver! The presentation will cover what powers of attorney are (and what roles they fill), what advance medical directives are, and provide tips and tricks on what duties fiduciaries must complete (i.e. how to sign as attorney-in-fact, how to keep records, etc.). Open to both Chamber and Non-Chamber members. Light refreshments will be provided.
