For this 4th quarter Leadership Smarts session, we'd like to offer you a special holiday treat: an exclusive, in-person look at one of the lessons in our new Emerging Leader Development course! This lesson is designed to provide participants with one of the most crucial steps they will need to learn to apply in order to continue leading effectively as they progress throughout their career.
Attendees will leave this session with a challenge to implement at least one thing they've learned immediately and to work toward incorporating three additional things into their current role in the weeks that follow, just as every Emerging Leader Development participant is at the close of each session.

In 2016, she joined Dove Development & Consulting as an independent certified coach, trainer, and speaker with The John Maxwell Team. She is also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant using The DISC Model of Human Behavior through Personality Insights and was recently named an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team, licensing her to deliver the same leadership development content that corporations such as Microsoft, Delta Airlines, Chick-fil-A, and Hendrick Motorsports had previously only had access to through a select few consultants with The John Maxwell Company.
