Give Solar for Gemeinschaft Home

March 1st kicked off the solar crowd funding campaign benefitting Gemeinschaft Home.  Over the next three months, Give Solar, a local non-profit that helps social service non-profits to greatly reduce their electric bills by going solar, is partnering with Gemeinschaft Home to crowd fund $19,000 to help Gemeinschaft Home go solar.  The 26.2 kilowatt solar system will save Gemeinschaft $5000 each year for the next 25-30 years allowing the non profit to better accomplish their mission of providing cutting edge therapeutic services to nonviolent offenders who have been released or diverted from incarceration in support of a transition to healthy community living.  The crowdfunding goal is 300 donations of $20 to $30.  Each dollar donated will save Gemeinschaft Home $5 over time.  Pay it forward!  For more information and to donate Click here.
