1st Annual Kentucky Derby Party
Join us for The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Free Clinic's 1st Annual Kentucky Derby Party. This years event will feature a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions as well as dinner with dancing. The attire is Derby best and will feature an interactive custom horse race projected on a large screen.
This event has SOLD OUT for the last 3 years and is possible thanks to our generous sponsors who have loyally supported the Free Clinic.

Our event will be held at the new Hotel Madison, which is located on the campus of JMU next to Madison Hall, at the corner of Main Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way (historic Cantrell Ave).
Fees/Admission
Sponorships are still available and have the option to use their tickets to the event or make their gift 100% tax deductible by donating their tickets back to the Free Clinic by April 23rd. All sponsorship monies will be due by May 1st.
There are many reasons to participate as a sponsor, but the most significant reason is our goal of $110,000. will provide $990,000 worth of direct medical health care to patients. This is possible thanks to the Free Clinic's volunteers, referral partners, and free medications provided by the pharmaceutical companies.
