Pendleton Community Bank (PCB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonah Pence as President, effective July 23, 2026. Jonah assumes the role following the recent leadership transition in which Neil Hayslett was appointed Chief Executive Officer after the retirement of longtime CEO Bill Loving. Effective July 13, 2026, Neil Hayslett has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and President of Allegheny Bancshares, Inc. (ABI) and CEO of Pendleton Community Bank (PCB), succeeding Bill Loving following his retirement after 26 years of distinguished leadership.
