NANCY SCHLICHTING TO SERVE AS CHAIR OF VIRGINIA STATE BAR BANKRUPTCY LAW SECTION BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Nancy Schlichting was elected to the Board of Governors for the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Virginia State Bar in 2023, and will serve as its Chair beginning in June of 2025. The Bankruptcy Law Section of over 800 attorneys, enhances the communication and exchange of ideas and information involving bankruptcy issues among Virginia attorneys. Its objectives include fostering unity among members of the section by providing a forum for sharing information and experiences and promoting public understanding of
ANDREW STOCKMENT RECOGNIZED AS GO TO LAWYER IN CYBERSECURITY
Andrew Stockment was one of only 20 attorneys in Virginia recognized by Virginia Lawyers Weekly in its "Virginia's Go To Lawyers for Cybersecurity/Data Privacy 2025" list published on April 30, 2025.
