Rockingham Cooperative Celebrates Adam Ford’s Graduation from VALOR Program

Rockingham Cooperative is proud to announce that Adam Ford, our Marketing Manager, has successfully completed the Virginia Agriculture Leaders Obtaining Results (VALOR) program. This intensive two-year leadership development program, hosted by Virginia Tech, equips emerging leaders in agriculture with the skills needed to address the challenges facing the industry today.
