Charlottesville, VA August 3, 2026 Hantzmon Wiebel LLP is proud to announce that CEO and Managing Partner Jennifer S. DuBois, CPA, CGMA, has been recognized by Virginia Business magazine as a 2026 Women in Leadership honoree. This marks Jennifer’s second consecutive year receiving the distinction, making her both a two-time honoree and part of the inaugural Rising Circle, which recognizes multiple-year honorees whose leadership and accomplishments continue to make an impact across Virginia.

The Virginia Business Women in Leadership Awards recognize women across the Commonwealth who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and a meaningful commitment to their communities. Jennifer’s continued recognition reflects the lasting impact of her leadership within Hantzmon Wiebel, the accounting profession, and the broader Charlottesville community.

With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, advisory services, taxation, and firm leadership, Jennifer has advised a broad range of clients, including individuals, businesses, employee benefit plans, private foundations, trusts, and estates. She is a past chair of the Virginia Society of CPAs Board of Directors and the first female chair of the Allinial Global Americas Regional Board.

Jennifer has also played a significant role in shaping Hantzmon Wiebel’s internal culture and long-term direction. Her leadership has emphasized innovation, operational efficiency, mentorship, flexibility, and a family-first mindset, priorities that have helped the firm support both professional growth and personal well-being.

“It is an incredible honor to be recognized again by Virginia Business and to be included among the inaugural Rising Circle honorees,” Jennifer says. “I am grateful to be part of a profession and a community that has given me so many opportunities to serve, lead, and grow. This recognition reflects not only my own journey, but also the exceptional people at Hantzmon Wiebel who make our firm what it is.”

Under Jennifer’s leadership, Hantzmon Wiebel has continued to grow with confidence while staying grounded in its commitment to clients, team members, and the community. Her forward-thinking approach, paired with decades of practical experience, has helped guide the firm through meaningful change while preserving the relationships and values that have defined Hantzmon Wiebel for nearly a century.

Jennifer will be celebrated alongside fellow honorees at the Virginia Business Women in Leadership Awards ceremony on October 6, 2026, at The Dewey Gottwald Center in Richmond, Virginia. She will also be featured with the other honorees in the October issue of Virginia Business and online at VirginiaBusiness.com.
