F&M Bank Welcomes Rachel Clancy as Director of Treasury Management

F&M Bank is pleased to welcome Rachel Clancy as Director of Treasury Management. In her new role, Clancy will lead the bank’s treasury management team and help businesses identify solutions that improve cash flow, simplify payments, strengthen fraud protection, and support more efficient financial operations.

Clancy brings nearly 18 years of banking and financial services experience, including roles in customer service, bank operations, branch leadership, commercial banking, and treasury management. Since transitioning into treasury management in 2019, she has focused on helping businesses streamline operations and develop financial strategies tailored to their individual needs.

“What drew me to F&M was its focus on relationships and commitment to the communities it serves,” Clancy said. “I’m excited to build on the strong foundation already in place and help our treasury management team become an even stronger strategic partner for local businesses.”

A graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management, Clancy also serves as chair of the Greene County Economic Development Authority and is involved with the Virginia Soccer Association and the Greene County Parks and Recreation Foundation. She also organizes the Luck of the Greene 5K.

Outside of work, Clancy enjoys reading, running, and keeping up with her children’s busy schedules.
