F&M Bank Welcomes Evan McHaffa as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

Timberville, VA – January 12, 2026 – F&M Bank is pleased to announce that Evan McHaffa has joined the organization as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. In this role, McHaffa will oversee the bank’s credit administration, portfolio management, and risk governance, supporting F&M’s long-term growth and commitment to responsible lending.

McHaffa brings extensive experience in commercial lending, credit strategy, and portfolio oversight, with a strong background in aligning credit discipline with relationship-focused banking. He will work closely with executive leadership and lending teams across the bank’s footprint to ensure consistency, sound risk management, and thoughtful decision-making.
