Operations Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into the world of construction? Nielsen Builders is looking for motivated teammates to support our Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This person will act as a key liaison between project stakeholders, assist with resource management, and help keep documentation accurate and up to date—making sure every project is set up to exceed client expectations. While prior construction experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’re happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a proactive-safety first mindset.
