'Your Personality and the Workplace' Workshop

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) "Perception involves all the ways of becoming aware of things, people, happenings, or ideas. Judgment involves all the ways of coming to conclusions about what has been perceived. If people differ systematically in what they perceive and in how they reach conclusions, then it is only reasonable for them to differ correspondingly in their interests, reactions, values, motivations, and skills." ~ Carl Jung What does that mean? Well, it means that we're all different. And, because we're all different, we do different things for different reasons at different times with different reactions. Whew! It's exhausting. But, increasing our own self-awareness can help. In this session, we will explore the MBTI - the most widely used personality assessment in the world - by using practical examples that you experience in your everyday lives. At work? Yes. At home? Yes. In the community? Yes. Wherever there are people, the MBTI will help you to create a better understanding of yourself in those environments as well as a greater appreciation for the differences of those around you.

Where: Stewart Room at Massanetta Springs Camp and Conference Center.

Jennifer will walk you through your Myers Briggs results and show you how your individual personalities reflect in your workplace along with your colleagues. Not only is this a fun and different kind of workshop, it can help your organization's inner work flow.
