Tech Nite 21 | Virtual Awards Gala Nomination Deadline
The Shenandoah Valley Technology Council is currently seeking nominations for Tech Nite 21!
Help us recognize those in the Shen. Valley in technology! Since March 2020, the SVTC has heard of many "tech-involved" pivots of existing organizations and businesses. From education and local businesses, established ones, new ones, and in city and county localities in the Shen. Valley - there are tech leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs, who quickly reacted last March and started innovating for their customers, themselves, and the region. We want to hear what they've done in the last year.
We're ready for YOUR nominations for the Shenandoah Valley's best and brightest, in 8 categories. There are options for developers, “mere” users who are innovative, a category for community impact, and a category for more “traditional” industries.
Hosted by the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council, a non-profit for tech users and creators, serving the Shen. Valley.
We are taking nominations of others or self until May 3 in these categories: Innovation in Community Impact, Emerging Business, Education K-12, Higher Education, Development, Utilization, and Leadership.
Neither nominee nor nominator needs to be a member of the SVTC to be nominated. This recognition helps organizations and individuals immensely — the winning organization is able to expand its network, attract employees, and obtain publicity inside and often outside of the local region.
All guidelines, forms, examples, and past nominees & winners are online: https://svtc-va.org/about-tech-nite/
NOTE: Self-nominations ARE not just accepted but welcome and sought. WE LIKE THEM A LOT. These types of nominations are usually the most complete and accurate. Regardless, close coordination between nominator and nominee is required prior to sending the submission in. Please DO NOT 'surprise' someone with a nomination.
