RHSPCA Adoption Event
The Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA is hosting their first Empty the Shelters adoption special of the year. All pets, cats and dogs, are $25 to adopt!
Adoption fees include any needed medical care, age-appropriate vaccines, microchipping, and spay or neuter surgery for the pet.
