Navigating Ethical & Diverse Recruiting On Campus: 2:00-2:45pm
Engage with our panelists as they discuss ethical considerations in diversity recruiting, signaling a commitment to inclusion in your on-campus presence, and tips for connecting with identity-based student populations. Our JMU liaisons to diverse student groups will be joined by Cathy Welsh, Attorney at Law, as they discuss how employers can express their intent to hire diversely within the parameters of EEOC and reverse discrimination laws. Learn how you can apply this knowledge as you craft your job postings, plan on-campus events, conduct interviews, and interact with JMU students on and off campus.

"All of the speakers and presentations were extremely engaging and interesting."
"We met some great leaders there at JMU and saw the spectacular career services facilities. We were made to feel very welcome by the career services staff and professors that attended."
