This program is designed for anyone taking on additional responsibility in their role, those transitioning to new roles with responsibility for managing and supervising, and leader's who are responsible for getting results. And, Emerging Leader's ready to gain foundational principles and practices of leadership and effective communication.

A Certificate of Completion is issued to each participant who fulfills the course requirements by identifying and taking action on items they learn in each lesson that can drive immediate return on investment for their organization. *Includes SHRM, HRCI, NAB/NCERS, National Assoc of Long Term Care Boards, Virginia Department of Labor, and other CEU's.
