Branding Before Business
All businesses and organizations must have a compelling Brand Strategy in place before creating and implementing tactics such as print, digital, social, or event marketing. More often than not, smaller businesses and organizations skip the “strategy” step resulting in an unsuccessful tactical execution.
This workshop will consist of two sessions:
- In the first session, we will go through the steps of a simple Brand Strategy. We will discuss why branding is so critical to any organization.
- In the second session, we will put the Brand Strategy steps to work. Working with your peers, you will begin to develop a Brand Strategy for your organization. Dorothy will be there for assistance. At the end of the seminar, three attendees will share their Brand Strategy with the whole group.
Dorothy Muszynska is the Chief Marketing Officer at Shenandoah Valley Organic and the Founder of DM Marketing Group. She’s an award-winning marketing and branding strategist with 15 years of marketing experience and a Kellogg MBA to her name. Her career has been a combination of classical marketing training and large company experience, along with navigating the entrepreneurial environment in working with smaller, founder-led businesses. She brings an energetic, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to marketing and enjoys building brand strategies for all types of organizations.
