A Fundraiser to Support One-To-One Mentoring For Local Youth!
When: Wednesday, October 22nd, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Where: "The Tavern" at The Offices at 31 N. Federal St., Downtown Harrisonburg

Event Details
Flannels for the Future is an annual fundraising event where every ticket fuels one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth right here in our community. Enjoy a fall evening filled with delicious food, engaging activities, and live entertainment—all while making a difference in the lives of young people. The event will be set up as an open house with both cocktail tables and banquet seating, welcoming those who can join after work as well as those arriving later in the evening. Wear your favorite flannel, enjoy an evening of fun, & help us build brighter futures together!

What’s on the Menu?
Food: A delicious BBQ buffet with all the fixins provided by Hank's Grille & Catering.
Beverages: Enjoy a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Each ticket includes 1 drink ticket, with a cash bar in addition.

Axe-Throwing: Free axe-throwing with prizes! Test your aim and enjoy some friendly competition.
Live Music: The Ridge Ramblers will be bringing the strings and playing the tunes!
Silent Auction: Bid on local gift certificates, experiences, and more.
Big Futures Presentation: Join us at 6:30 PM for to hear how your support empowers local youth through one-to-one mentorship.
