BICSV Support Group - Chair Yoga in the Park

We are excited to have yoga instructor, Cynthia Norris, join us again in leading a relaxing chair yoga session for our clients. Cynthia has led both virtual and in-person yoga classes for our clients over the past year, giving us an inclusive way to stretch and take some time for meditative self-care.
