Run the Runway 2021

Run the Runway 5K is back and ready for takeoff! Lace up your running shoes and join us at Shenandoah Valley Airport in Weyers Cave. The family-friendly Sunday afternoon event begins with a 1K Fun Run for children ages 3 - 12 at 4:00 p.m. and a chip-timed 5K on the taxiway and runway beginning at 4:30 p.m. This unique race opportunity is a perfect fit for runners, walkers and families at all fitness levels. All proceeds benefit Explore More Discovery Museum's aviation exhibit.
