Join us for REFI's Roaring 20's as we celebrate and recognize all the contributions that REFI has made to education in the community! The work that the Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc (REFI) does impacts the teachers and students of RCPS. Funds raised will support programs that benefit RCPS Students and Teachers.
