In collaboration with the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition and the JMU Institute for Constructive Advocacy and Dialogue, a Forum for Harrisonburg City Council Candidates will be held for the five who are running to fill two vacant seats. Join us for prepared questions from the moderator and questions from the audience, followed by a Meet and Greet at Capital Ale.
