Aging in Place Council

The Aging in Place Council brings together professionals and organizations from across the region to explore how our community can best support vitality, independence, and quality of life as our residents age. Open to all fields connected to aging, wellness, and community support, the committee offers engaging presentations from experts and a collaborative space to discuss trends, challenges, and innovative solutions. Join us to connect, learn, and help shape the future of aging in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.
You are invited to join us at VMRC for a timely discussion on one of the most important issues facing our industry: attracting, developing, and retaining the workforce needed to care for an aging population.
Join Rebecca Kline, MSN, RN, LNHA, Vice President of Supportive Living, as she shares VMRC’s experience transforming healthcare careers through innovative workforce development strategies and creating new pathways for professional growth.
