JLCH Creative Marketing is a Harrisonburg based marketing agency offering social media management, email marketing, website design, and photography for small businesses across the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. Every project is handled personally, with no outsourcing, so clients always know the quality and care behind their work. Rooted in a research first approach, the agency measures what works and builds strategy around real results, not guesswork.

This full-stack agency was founded by Jenna Leilani Chong Huber, who brings a research driven approach to marketing backed by a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Jenna's career has spanned hospitality, consumer goods, nonprofits, and higher education, picking up something different in every room along the way. What started as freelance work on the side eventually grew into the full service agency known today as JLCH Creative Marketing. Jenna still approaches every project the way she always has: curious, asking questions, and never assuming she already has the answer.
