About Us

Sentara RMH Medical Center, located in Harrisonburg, VA, is a 238-bed community hospital serving a seven-county area with a population of close to 218,000 residents throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Our facility has proudly served this community since 1912, beginning as Rockingham Memorial Hospital, and evolving to Sentara RMH Medical Center after joining the Sentara Health system in 2011.
