Cindy Dove, Executive Director at The John Maxwell Team and Co-owner of Dove Development & Consulting, will lead attendees through the process of creating a professional development vision board. Attendees will leave with a personalized, daily vision of their professional development goals.  A vision board adds clarity and design to your dreams and your future by allowing you to see them.  It helps you focus on your specific goals and keep your attention on what you intend your life to be. Your Chamber will provide attendees with materials to create their boards, but we encourage you to gather magazines or print inspirational quotes prior to the meeting. This Shenandoah Women's Alliance meeting is free to attend, but registration is required. 
 
In 1993, a nine-year-old girl was asked by her teacher to make a vision board.  She pinned a photo of the singer, Selena, holding her Grammy award.  That little girl grew up to become an international popstar- one of the best selling artist of all time- and is on the Forbes list of “Top Earning Women In Music.”  That girl was Katy Perry.

Cindy Dove Having a background of 23 years in the healthcare field with responsibility for operations, sales and a focus on senior living, applying a foundation of John Maxwell’s leadership principles, Cindy created high levels of success for the teams and companies she served.  In 2016, she joined Dove Development & Consulting as an independent certified coach, trainer, and speaker with The John Maxwell Team. She is also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant using The DISC Model of Human Behavior through Personality Insights and was recently named an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team, licensing her to deliver the same leadership development content that corporations such as Microsoft, Delta Airlines, Chick-fil-A, and Hendrick Motorsports had previously only had access to through a select few consultants with The John Maxwell Company.
