When the COVID-19 Pandemic arrived in the United States in early 2020, very few could imagine the enormous impact the virus would make on life as we knew it. Many business leaders found themselves enjoying the prosperity of a surging economy but how quickly life can change. Within weeks of the first positive case in the US, stay at home orders and other restrictions placed many business leaders in unfamiliar territory. Travis Vance, an OSHA/MSHA/Employment Litigation Attorney and Partner at Fisher Phillips, will give the keynote address. Travis is a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Taskforce, a cross-disciplinary team of attorneys dedicated to advising employers on the many workplace law aspects of the global coronavirus pandemic.
 
Breakout sessions will follow allowing for further conversation and Q&A regarding how employers in different sectors can best adhere to the requirements of the standard.
