About Us

Green Valley Auctions and Moving is a family-owned full-service professional auction and moving company located in Mt. Crawford, VA.

Through our Moving Services we provide custom services for short and long-distance moves. We can handle all of your in-state or out-of-state moves. We also provide Senior Transitioning Services, Downsizing services and Trash Removal.

Through our Auction Services we offer a wide range of services for you to choose from to make estate dispersal a success including appraisals, storage, moving, trash clean out and removal, distribution of clothing and other items for donation and general housecleaning.

Green Valley is committed to personal attention throughout your move process and will treat your possessions as our own.
Green Valley has multiple crews and a small fleet of trucks, enabling us to serve both large and small moves.
The original location of Green Valley Auctions & Moving and Green Valley Book Fair was a bank barn on the 100 acre family farm.
We have 5 full time moving crew members.
Green Valley Moving is licensed, bonded & insured to do in-state and out-of-state moves.
What started as a family business is still a family business.
Our catalog crew goes the extra mile for you with great photographs and descriptions; but of course, you can always stop by and preview in person or just pet an “office puppy” & say “Hi!”
We catalog and sell 1200+ lots per week in 2 weekly online auctions.
Our movers treat your possessions like their own.
