Two Brown Edwards’ directors have been selected for The Business Journal of Tri-Cities Tennessee/Virginia, 40 under Forty class, Megan Meador, Bristol, VA and J. William Clark, Kingsport, TN.

40 Under Forty nominees are judged on their business success and their achievements as an active member of the community. Each nominee needed two letters of support, one from a workplace colleague or supervisor and one from a member of the community-at-large.

William has over ten years of experience providing a wide variety of accounting, attestation, and tax and consulting services to a diverse client base. His experience spans numerous industries including real estate, construction, healthcare, professional services, and automobile and equipment dealerships. He is an active member of Bridwell Heights Presbyterian Church, where he also serves as a Deacon.

“We are very proud to have Megan and William recognized in this year’s 40 Under Forty class. Their commitment to the accounting industry and their local communities is what we encourage all of employees to strive for,” said Stan Bowles, Office Managing Partner for the Highland region.
