Pendleton Community Bank (PCB) is excited to announce the addition of Kelsey Dean, AVP & Marketing Director, to the team. She will serve both the West Virginia and Virginia markets for the financial institution and will have an office in the Harrisonburg Downtown financial center.
Kelsey brings a strong educational background to the position and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Bridgewater College. She also attained her Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University. Committed to personal development, Kelsey completed the Virginia Bankers Association (VBA) Management Development Program. Kelsey joins PCB with six years of valuable community bank marketing experience which will be an asset for the organization.

Outside the office, Kelsey is active in her community and enjoys volunteering. She also serves at the state level on the VBA’s Marketing Committee. Born and raised in Shenandoah County, she currently resides in Elkton, VA, with her husband, Jordan.
