HR Chamber Teams Up with Madison Consulting Club!

Harrisonburg - Rockingham Chamber of Commerce Partners with JMU’s Madison Consulting Club to Offer Pro Bono Business Consulting Services to Local Businesses

Harrisonburg, VA, September 12, 2024 – The Harrisonburg - Rockingham Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a new partnership with James Madison University’s Madison Consulting Club, an initiative that will provide free business consulting services to local businesses. Through this collaboration, Chamber members will have the opportunity to receive hands-on, expert advice from JMU students preparing for careers in the consulting industry.

The Madison Consulting Club, a student-run organization, specializes in providing businesses with insights and strategies in areas such as market analysis, process improvement, financial planning, and business development. The partnership aims to support the local business community by offering fresh, innovative perspectives and data-driven solutions at no cost.

"We believe this partnership will be a great resource for Chamber members and an excellent opportunity for our consultants to provide practical solutions while gaining hands-on experience in the local business community," said Carson Tighe, President of the Madison Consulting Club.
