Hantzmon Wiebel CPA and Advisory Services Firm Admits Two New Partners

On January 1, 2022, Hantzmon Wiebel LLP admits Matthew J. Dean, CPA, CITP, and Monte J. Glanzer, CPA, into the firm partnership, bringing the Charlottesville based CPA and advisory services firm to a total of 16 partners.

Dean first began his career at Hantzmon Wiebel as an intern in 2005. He currently specializes in audit and accounting services for nonprofit organizations and business advisory services.

When asked about the best part of his job, Dean paused briefly to consider his answer and gave the heartfelt reply, “Everything.” More specifically, he also indicated that he enjoys creating a framework to help his clients better understand their data and make informed decisions. Dean takes pride in researching, implementing, and training others on innovative approaches to meet client needs.

Glanzer began his career at Hantzmon Wiebel in 2009. His primary areas of focus include audit and accounting services for nonprofit organizations and manufacturers. He takes pride in serving his community and providing creative solutions to meet client needs.

Glanzer says, “When we can do the project but then answer other questions that the client didn’t originally know they had and provide the extra service and go that extra mile, it’s super rewarding.” He enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients and helping them take the right steps to solve problems and achieve their goals.

Hantzmon Wiebel has served as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, family businesses, and nonprofit organizations since 1928. They recognize the value of their history while reaching forward to stay ahead of the curve and continue to expand.

The firm leadership takes great joy in the growth of the partnership as it will allow them to continue to increase the services they are able to provide to the local community and beyond.
