About Us

Four Seasons Harmony provides Holistic Health Education, Clinical Herbalism, Ayurvedic Consulting and Healing Arts services by Whitney Erwin, M.Ed., LMT. Whitney grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and cherishes serving local communities, friends, family and global communities. We use certified organic and wildcrafted botanicals as well as oils, environmentally conscious practices, and 100% pure, sustainably sourced aromatherapy. The wide range of evidence-based health benefits of our services support the harmonization of body and mind, enhancing one's innate healing abilities, actively engaging in preventive wellness, and improving your quality of life. Several of our specialties include working with complex health cases, trauma healing, compassionate listening skills, individually customizing treatments based on each client’s unique needs, women’s health, mind-body healing, and teaching clients practical self-care tools to live in optimal health.
