How would you like to have a job where the work you do each day creates an environment to encourage our local youth in reaching their full potential?  At the Boys & Girls Club of Harrisonburg Rockingham, we help youth grow into productive, caring, responsible citizens through our before and after school programming.
 
In this fast-paced Office Manager role, you’ll use your accounting skills, attention to detail, and accuracy to stay on top of crucial responsibilities including processing AP, AR, Payroll, required filings and creating financial statements.  You will also be the point of contact for benefits, and purchasing supplies and equipment.  We need someone who has at least a 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 2-4 years progressively responsible experience in Accounting/Office Management (or the equivalent mix of education and work experience).  In addition, someone who has proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, ability to shift focus as priorities change, and strong teamwork skills will bring the skills for success to the job.  A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record is required.
