Food and Beverage Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to enrich our customer service experience. $50,000 per year



  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage department, including menu design, staff, customer service, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction ratings and make necessary recommendations.
  • Supervise the food and beverage staff in order to ensure high service standards and be responsible for the hiring and training of new employees.
  • Maintain and implement operational plans and timetables for food and beverage workers.
  • Monitor and maintain product, supply, and labor costs.
  • Execute catering events to perfection.
  • Contribute to the hotel-wide efforts in order to improve customer service and operational processes.
  • Track and control all food and beverage costs.
  • Introduce new strategies to increase revenue.
  • Teach and develop staff members.
  • Develop and execute promotional events and programs.
  • Mentor team members to further their development.
  • Create daily specials and happy hours.
  • Attend monthly P&L meetings.




  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a restaurant and bar.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and an associate degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest culinary trends and best practices for portion and plating.
  • Compliance with local, state, and national health and safety regulations.
  • Food handling license.
  • Outstanding communication, customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good command of both oral and written communication.
  • High-energy, focused on achieving results.
  • Proficient in food and beverage cost controls.
