We are searching for a Part time RN for our Hospice department. You CAN and WILL make a real difference in the lives of your clients! As a Hospice RN at First Choice, you will provide initial and ongoing assessment of the impact of the terminal diagnosis on the patients physical, functional, psychosocial and environment needs and activities of daily living. Implement individual plans of care and revise, as necessary. Provide ongoing consultation and collaborate with other members of the hospice team. Supervise hospice LPN's and hospice aides as needed.

We offer GENEROUS MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT plus, an excellent Benefit Package including health, dental and vision insurance, sick pay, generous paid time off, a retirement plan and health savings account. Pay starts at $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
