Provides administrative support for the CEO. Assists with project management. May assist with administrative support for members of the Strategic Team
- Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills gained through work experience.
- Five years of administrative assistant experience and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Ability to take initiative to handle demands in the absence of manager.
- Superior oral and written communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports).
- Thorough knowledge of technology systems; ability to type with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with a diverse group of people
- PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING SKILLS: Functions under minimal supervision.Must be capable of handling routine to complex administrative issues.Frequent discretion required
