Administrative Coordinator

(Part-time, 32 hours/week) The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks of AVA Care of Harrisonburg. This position coordinates front desk operations, greets visitors, assists in scheduling appointments, and processes patient intake paperwork. Additionally, this position serves as an administrative assistant to the Executive Director and provides administrative support as needed to the Director of Patient Services and Director of Nursing.
