The intent of the presentation is to stimulate conversation around what the business community is currently experiencing and what they can expect to experience\, as well as tools for becoming better prepared for aging customers and employees.\n\nPresenter Beth Bland has worked with Valley Program for Aging Services (VPAS) for nearly 6 years. She previously worked with aging programs at Sentara RMH (formally RMH) and has held contract positions with the Alzheimer's Association and Senior Navigator.
