DESCRIPTION:The 5th Annual Rotary Strawberry Festival\, presented by area Rotary Clubs\, occurs on Saturday May 21st \, 2022 from 11 AM to 4 PM in Downtown Harrisonburg's City Hall Parking Lot. This free\, open to the public event features strawberry desserts\, live music\, kids activities\, food trucks and more!\n\nThe Rotary Strawberry Festival has raised over $30\,000 each year for community needs. This year\, funds raised will provide support to those in need of assistance with child care costs in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.\n\nFunds are raised through sales of strawberry shortcakes\, strawberry sundaes\, chocolate covered strawberries\, and strawberry lemonade.\n\nThe event is organized by a collaborative effort of the Rotary Clubs of Harrisonburg\, Rockingham County\, Bridgewater and Harrisonburg-Massanutten.\n\nDue to our generous sponsors\, the Rotary Strawberry Festival is FREE for the public to attend. All children's activities are also free of charge.\n\nMusic by Keith Bryant at 11:30 am\, Little Walter and the Convictions at 1 pm\, and Who Shot John at 2:30 pm.\n\nJoin us on Saturday the 21st for a great community event illed with strawberry shortcakes\, chocolate covered strawberries\, strawberry sundaes\, strawberry lemonade\, and fun!
