LOCATION:Participating businesses will be set up throughout Downtown Elkton to welcome trick or treaters to the area from 5:30-7pm. Streets will be blocked off to allow trick or treaters to walk safely through the area. A costume Contest will follow at 7pm at the Elkton Area Community Center located at 20593 Blue and Gold Drive.
