They will also highlight some lesser-known individual tax credits such as Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) and purchasing Land Preservation Credits to save on Virginia tax liability. \n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter\n\nDavid Black graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Mary Baldwin College in 2000\, and in 2003 graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from James Madison University. David is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and American Society of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
