The practice is entirely devoted to the representation of businesses\, almost all of which are local to the Shenandoah Valley.  Quinton writes\, reviews\, negotiates\, mediate\, and litigate contracts as a daily part of the practice.  He also\, handles a lot of creditors rights cases\, meaning cases where a creditor is owed money from an individual or business and the process required to obtain the debt.
